On working days, we usually ship your order within 24 hours of receipt of the order! Pre-payment orders are shipped after payment has been received on our account. Please also note the delivery time details for the item.

The delivery address can be selected independently of invoicing. The availability of the item can be found on the respective product detail page. Shipping to packing stations within Germany is also possible.

Shipping Switzerland

As a Swiss customer, you should make sure that the process is as simple as possible when shopping in German shops. With our process, we want to leave as little effort as possible to the customer himself. That is why we have already done everything with the registration as a customer. As a registered customer residing in Switzerland, you are automatically assigned to the “Switzerland” customer group, which means that the value added tax - which you do not have to pay as a resident of Switzerland - is already deducted during the ordering process (tax is also deducted from shipping costs). This means that an additional trip to Swiss customs is no longer necessary to have the payment of the value added tax confirmed in order to finally have it refunded retrospectively
