On working days, we usually ship your order within 24 hours of receipt of the order!

The delivery address can be selected independently of the billing address. Shipping to packing stations within Germany is also possible.

Shipping within Germany

• Up to a value of 100€: shipping fee of 4.95€
• Free shipping for orders over 100€

Shipping to other EU countries

• Shipping costs to other EU countries vary depending on the destination country and the weight of the order.
• All deliveries to other EU countries are chargeable.
• The exact shipping costs are shown in the checkout before the order is completed.

Dispatch to Switzerland

As a Swiss customer, you should make sure that the process is as simple as possible when shopping in German shops. With our process, we want to leave as little effort as possible to the customer himself. That is why we have already done everything with the registration as a customer. As a registered customer residing in Switzerland, you are automatically assigned to the “Switzerland” customer group, which means that the value added tax - which you do not have to pay as a resident of Switzerland - is already deducted during the ordering process (tax is also deducted from shipping costs). This means that an additional trip to Swiss customs is no longer necessary to have the payment of the value added tax confirmed in order to finally have it refunded retrospectively

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving reasons (right of withdrawal in accordance with §§ 355 et seq. BGB). The period begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you (other than the carrier) has taken possession of the goods.

• The buyer bears the costs of returning the goods.
• For hygienic reasons, opened or unsealed products are excluded from exchange and return, provided that there are no product defects.
